RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Do not ship an item back before contacting us — return addresses vary by item, and packages sent without instructions cannot be accepted.

To start a return, email us at support@vivopulse.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We'll review your request and send you the correct return address and step-by-step instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@vivopulse.shop within 48 hours with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including opened personal care and beauty products, perishable goods, and custom or personalized items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask us before purchasing.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original (once approved) and place a new order.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, contact us at support@vivopulse.shop.
