WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a shipping address outside the United States cannot be processed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is paid by the customer and is calculated at checkout based on the option you select:
- Standard Shipping: $8.00
- Express Shipping: $15.00
From time to time, free shipping may be available on select items. When free shipping applies, it is shown automatically at checkout — no code required.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, delivery usually takes 6–15 business days depending on the item and your location within the U.S. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page.
DELAYS
Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as carrier delays, high-demand periods, or processing times — may affect delivery. We appreciate your patience should this occur.
